Carla Cassano-Ramirez
Principal Solicitor & Notary Public
With more than 35 years of experience across the legal, property, accounting and commercial sectors, Carla founded Goulburn Legal to provide regional communities with the same high-quality legal expertise traditionally found in major metropolitan firms.
Throughout her career, Carla has held senior leadership positions including National Legal Counsel, Compliance Manager and Practice Manager, advising on thousands of residential, commercial and rural property transactions across Australia. Her unique combination of legal, accounting and commercial expertise enables her to provide advice that is both legally sound and commercially strategic.
Carla is known for her approachable manner, attention to detail and ability to explain complex legal matters in plain English. She is committed to helping clients make informed decisions with confidence while delivering the personalised service Goulburn Legal is built upon.
Alexander Kimoto-Cassano
Practice Manager & Justice of the Peace (NSW)
Alexander is Practice Manager at Goulburn Legal and plays an important role in delivering exceptional client service. While completing his Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing, he continues to gain practical experience across residential and commercial conveyancing under Carla’s guidance.
Before joining Goulburn Legal, Alexander worked in the electorate office of the Federal Member for Hume, where he developed strong communication, administrative and client service skills through community engagement and constituent support.
As a Justice of the Peace (NSW), Alexander also assists clients with witnessing statutory declarations, affidavits and certifying copies of original documents. Passionate about property law and legal technology, he is committed to building a career founded on integrity, professionalism and outstanding client service.
